Advertiser Spotlight: Family Bike

The Family Cycle

This is the three-wheeled recumbent cycle used by Caribbean and Mediterranean luxury resorts, and preferred for its sturdy frame that comfortably supports two adults and has extra space for two children or several shopping bags, allowing a family of four to enjoy gentle, smooth touring.

Unlike typical tandem bicycles, this single-speed side-by-side cycle has two sets of independent pedals that provide optimal pedal power relative to each pedaler's leg strength, instead of the "one-size-fits-all" pedal cycle circumference which lesser bicycles use.

Each softly padded seat has 2" of temper foam, and can be independently adjusted to fit different pedaler heights for maximum comfort, which the recumbent position gently eases pedalers into an ideal recline for lower back comfort that makes it easier to enjoy longer rides.

The recumbent design also ensures a low center of gravity for reliable and consistent stability through turns, while the omni-directional tiller bar allows either the right or left pedaler to deftly guide the front wheel. The three inflatable tires have high-traction treads supported by solid aluminum spokes, and independent coaster brakes provide confident stops without the need for excessive pushing or leaning.

A removable rear-facing jump seat behind the rear axle accommodates two 80-lb. children or six grocery sacks, and adjustable seat belts ensure young riders sit securely, or shopping bags won't slide or topple. The entire frame is tough 16-gauge steel powder-coated for maximum resistance to the elements, ensuring a lifetime of use. And adjustable, removable vinyl canopy provides shade for all riders. Maximum load is 500 lbs. 64" L x 96" H x 36" W. (210 lbs.) ($150)

Advertiser Spotlight: Conference Room on a BIKE!

I've seen this before. But, this is the first time I'm able to offer this nifty little number for sale. With this baby, imagine 86'ing all those BORING staff meetings.

Perfect for the law firm with way too much CASH on hand! This one has YOUR name on it, Erik!

The Seven-Person Conference Bicycle

Why be satisfied with a bicycle built for two? The unique and easy-to-maneuver ConferenceBike, comfortably seats up to seven people, sitting in a circle and biking together for an unforgettable riding experience.

Originally commissioned exclusively for Hammacher Schlemmer, American artist and inventor Eric Staller has created what he calls "a symbol for community, a tool for bringing people together."

Almost anyone can ride on this distinctive trike, so you can use it for family reunions, summer gatherings, corporate retreats, outdoor education programs, or taking the neighborhood along for a ride. The frame has an ergonomic design making it easy to get on and off, and has seven sets of pedals that propel the trike forward via a patented transmission system. One person steers, while all seven riders are free to pedal, or not, as the bike moves along.

The vehicle is easy to operate, with Porsche-engineered steering, hydraulic brakes, parking brake and lights. Hand-crafted in Germany, and built to last, The ConferenceBike safely transports a combined weight of 1,400 lbs. Advertiser Spotlight: Belt-drive bike

Look, ma! NO more greasy bike chains! My kind of bike, fo' shure! This is the three-speed bike that eliminates the rust and mess associated with greasy chain-driven bikes because it employs the same lubrication-free Kevlar belt drive technology used in Harley-Davidson motorcycles since 1980.

Advertiser Spotlight: Love Your Job. Join TPD dot COM

Do you want to make MILLIONS? Do you want EASY cash to cover your ENORMOUS Christmas credit card bills? Then, go ROB a BANK! Or, maybe roll BATMobile. Naaaaaaaah.

If you have a rap sheet, or even THINKING about GETTING a rap sheet, then, JOIN TPD DOT COM is NOT for you. Tulsa Police Department is definitely NOT for the faint of heart.

There are murders to solve. Rapists and sex offenders to catch. And, God FORBID, chasing down the silly Santa on Memorial during RUSH.

Yes, there's probably enough blood, failed possibilities, and heartache to go around. But, on a few occasions, there are probably opportunities to let loose your inner SUPER hero. Not too many jobs can boast the thrill of getting shot at by the drunken, outta control, reckless bad guy in a stolen Hummer who takes the whole squad on a wild and crazy 100 mph chase on Memorial late at night.

Hey, how about taking some down-his-luck kid Christmas shopping, without getting the third-degree?

AND, you will get to stalk the Santa in the middle of JULY, while tooling around in a pretty snazzy Dodge! Can't beat THAT.

Bike Billboards is proud to announce our newest advertiser! Bienvenidos, amigos! Through generous contributions from concerned citizens who want to see more bike cops, BATMobile will be rolling JOIN TPD DOT COM on Tulsa streets!

We are working with a sign vendor to get nice signs. The quote for 24"X48" coroplast sign, as shown, is $52 plus tax. The new signs will be SPIFFIER, SPORTIER, and overall pretty KEWL. We also have some pretty good Photoshop geeks and OVER-the-TOP copywriters on board! Bike Billboards SAY it BETTER!

Some pretty kewl graphic that'll BLOW the lid off Tulsa's advertising community. Hey, Tulsa Addy Awards, here comes Bike Billboards! Watch yer SIX.

Your kind and generous donation through PayPal will pay for newer signs and also help defray the cost of TAMALES.

Since the cheap help left the State, the price of TAMALES have gone through the ROOF. BATMobile don't roll too well without TAMALES, ya know. Every four-hour, 40 mile, shift burns 4 TAMALES.
